What is meditation?

Meditation can produce changes in brain activity and can also control heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure. It is generating immense positivity.

Meditation makes a person emotionally stronger. By doing this we are able to pray from within our heart and to do good deeds love from our heart. We recognize the reality and more grateful to GOD for everything. We are able to understand the feelings of others and express ourselves very comfortably.
