Feeling More Energetic: When you start meditation you withdraw all your energy which is usually spent on many thoughts or doing anything. You feel more calm and relaxed, physically and mentally. It reduces our stress level and our energy level is automatically enhanced. I feel like I have lots of positive energy for everything and everyone.
Spiritual Experience: There are so many religion in this world and also many differences and conflict between all. In Meditation, we focus on the inner core instead of outer. All spiritual traditions lead to the same inner life. We are aiming for the same goal at the end however it does not matter which way we are following. Guru Nanak said, “Bande khoj dil har roj naa phir presaanee maahi” means: O man, search your own Heart every day, and do not wander around in confusion.
Positive Attitude: With meditation, my thinking is changed. Now I see the positive things in others and neglect negative things. Now I judge others less. It helps me to I maintain positive thoughts in every situation. To see good in others.
Happiness: When you focus on your breath during meditation and neglect other sounds you will feel very light and happy, sometimes this happiness is converted into a laugh and your stress level is decreased. I went through this situation many times. This feeling is speechless.
